Henderson International Property mandate passed to Aviva Investors

On 2nd August 2010, the Henderson International Property fund mandate was passed over to Aviva Investors, and the fund was renamed Aviva International Property. The management of the fund has passed from Mark Carpenter at Henderson to Chris Laxton at Aviva Investors. Laxton joined Norwich Union in 1987, where he managed their property trust and since then he has been responsible for the External Property Funds Team. Mark Carpenter will remain at Henderson and keep his position on the Henderson Property Investment Committee.
