Richard Colwell has been appointed co-manager of the Threadneedle UK Equity Income fund alongside Leigh Harrison. Colwell, who joined Threadneedle in January 2010 from Aviva, had previously worked with Harrison at Credit Suisse.

Recommendation

Having recently met with Richard Colwell we retain confidence in the fund and are satisfied that he is a positive presence in the team. As a result we are maintaining our 5 star rating on the fund.
