How do I qualify for this offer?
To qualify we need to receive your completed transfer application forms by 29 February 2012. Call us on 020 7189 2466 or request a call back and we can go through which investments you would like to invest in or transfer and complete the relevant forms on your behalf. You will receive the completed forms in the post for you to check and sign.
We will forward your completed forms to your existing provider and liaise with them on your behalf to make sure the transfer is completed smoothly and as soon as possible with minimum inconvenience to you. We will also keep you regularly updated on the progress of your transfer and inform you when the transfer is complete.
Do I need to contact my existing provider?
No, we will handle the administration for you; we also cover any costs of transfer up to the amount of £500.
You only need to contact your existing provider if you are transferring your pension to verify if you currently have any additional benefits or guaranteed annuity rates.
What if I am unsure where to invest?

When do I receive the cashback?
You will receive the cashback as a cheque, sent to you by post once your new application has completed.
