Martin Currie Greater China - rating suspended
Martin Currie have announced that Chris Ruffle is stepping down as manager of their offshore Greater China fund. Ruffle is remaining with the company but will concentrate on running its specialised and micro-cap China products. He is currently working with his replacement, James Chong, to hand over control - Chong will formally become manager on July 1st. Chong, a Chinese national with 12 years’ investment experience, joined Martin Currie in May having previously worked in the Hong Kong office of Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch.
