A Guernsey based Unit Trust investing primarily in UK commercial property assets through a fund of funds approach. The product is designed to offer core UK property exposure by investing mainly in specialist property sector funds that are not usually available to retail investors. The fund’s gross yield before charges will usually be approximately in line with the IPD average. Investors should be aware that while gearing is not applied at the fund of funds level it may be evident across some of the underlying funds. At any time see through gearing is not expected to exceed 50%.
The fund is eligible for SIPP and Offshore Bond investment. Dealing is monthly. We believe this is one of the more competitively priced products available in the market to offer broad exposure across the asset class. The fund is awarded a three star rating.
