This fund aims to deliver a high yield (currently about 4.5% before tax and charges) with low volatility, by investing in a globally diversified portfolio of Real Estate Investment Trusts and other public listed property securities. The portfolio is managed by Fiduciary Trust International, part of the Franklin Templeton Investment Group. Unusually all non-sterling exposure is hedged.

The fund would be suitable for investors seeking a higher income or lower volatility of returns relative to more growth orientated property security mandates. The fund is awarded a 3 star rating.
