Norwich Property Trust

Morley have announced that Gerardine Davies, named manager of the Norwich Property Trust, has resigned to join Aegon Group. Chris Laxton, a former named manager for the fund, will take on her responsibilities on an interim basis until a permanent internal replacement is appointed. In the meantime we have suspended our buy rating pending clarification of Morley’s longer term plans for the fund. It should be noted that in common with other property funds this is currently putting on wide spread charges for exit, so investors should be prepared for a longer term holding period.
