Artemis UK Growth - Downgraded
By ROBERT HARLEY 05/12/2007
The Artemis Growth Fund has struggled for the past couple of years; not only have returns been volatile, they have also been poor. As a result we have downgraded the fund from 3 to 1 stars. This fund is placed in a competitive peer group where there are a number of strongly performing alternatives, all pursuing an unconstrained all companies approach to investing. We believe investors should consider a switch to one or a combination of these alternatives: Merrill Lynch UK Special Situations, Artemis Special Situations, Rensburg UK Select Growth or Axa Framlington UK Select Opportunities.
