Jorma Korhonen plays to Fidelity’s strengths, in that he makes good use of the mass of fundamental research available to him from Fidelity’s team of analysts whilst at the same time applying appropriate top down themes.
The manager is one to watch and is building a credible record within global equities (identifiable record of 3.3 years), although his performance can be volatile from time to time. As such, we do not have the confidence to give the fund a buy recommendation yet, but for those investors looking for global equity exposure, we feel comfortable awarding the fund two stars (hold).
