Bob Haber retires from Fidelity American Special Situations

Bob Haber retires from Fidelity American Special Situations by Hayley Riches
Adrian Brass has taken over portfolio management responsibility for the Fidelity American Special Situations fund from Bob Haber. Haber is retiring from fund management and Fidelity have taken this opportunity to move management of the fund to London from Boston. Brass joined Fidelity from Investec in 2006 and was previously fund manager of their Global Consumer Industries fund.

Recommendation

With Brass lacking a track record in the North American sector this fund does not qualify for a Bestinvest rating.
