On Monday 8th June Keydata were placed into administration based on an application to the Royal Court of Justice by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on the grounds of Insolvency. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) have been appointed administrators.
KIS manages and distributes structured products. The sudden collapse of Keydata comes as a shock to investors and the lack of information available is disturbing. PWC are investigating to find out whether investors’ money was held in segregated accounts.
