Since March and the last issue of Bestinvestor, we have seen more volatility followed by a strong rally. Markets are almost euphoric on the next bit of news that is less bad, even shrugging off downgrades of government credit worthiness. If this is supposed to be a deep recession things should feel much tougher and I expect they will.
