Postal services to and from our offices in Chesterfield Gardens continue to be affected by planned industrial action by members of the Communication Workers Union.
Once or twice a week, Bestinvest are suffering from no postal deliveries or collections. Where practical, we are taking steps to have outgoing post delivered to a post office, often by a member of staff.
The industrial action is also having a knock on effect. At present, we are seeing many more delays in the delivery of items from our clients. We recommend you consider using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service which appears to be operating to a good level during this period. This also allows you to track the documents you send to us, should they be delayed.
For investment needs, you will find it quicker to invest online rather than sending a cheque by post. Please also consider sending an email to best@bestinvest.co.uk as an alternative option in place of a written instruction.
