I am pleased to announce the acquisition of HW Financial Services Ltd (HWFS) by the Bestinvest Group. The acquisition will significantly increase the scale and breadth of services offered by both companies. For Bestinvest, it will provide a national network of financial advisers to complement the existing London based team, whilst HWFS will be able to offer their clients Bestinvest’s highly respected investment solutions.
Who are HW Financial Services?
HWFS is a national practice across 20 locations and is the financial services arm of the Haines Watts accountancy group, with a strong presence in the market for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and owner-managed businesses.
HWFS employs over 45 staff, including 22 highly skilled and experienced Financial Consultants who share my view of providing financial advice at the highest possible standards of professionalism and integrity. We welcome the prospect of being able to work with them and to offer face-to-face advice to some of our clients nationally, through the HWFS network.
How will it affect clients?
This acquisition will not interfere with the daily running of Bestinvest. We remain focused on providing truly independent financial advice and market leading research.
We still strive to align our interests with those of our clients. In practice, this means we maximise our efforts to retain clients, through the very best service and by building long term relationships. The addition of HWFS to the Bestinvest Group will be enhancing our capability to provide this.
