Latest News - Fidelity China Special Situations PLC launch by Adrian Lowcock

Today, Fidelity confirmed the launch of the Fidelity China Special Situations PLC, a new closed-ended investment company that will be managed by Anthony Bolton. They are looking to raise £630 million and the fund will be available to both retail and institutional investors, with the Prospectus looking to be published on 26th February 2010.

Shares in the company will be issued at £1 and will be eligible for investment through the Fidelity ISA for both the current and next tax years. The public offer will open on 26th February 2010 and will close on 5th April 2010. Application forms to invest will need to be received by 26th March 2010.
