Investment process

The target of the fund is to achieve an income level of at least 110% of the FTSE All Share Index. The standard income criteria are to grow the level of income yielded by the fund and to provide some capital growth. The investment philosophy is a split 70/30 between stock specific drivers and top down macro economic factors. Fund manager Adrian Frost focuses on growth in cashflow and dividend cover as a driver of stock selection. He will also refer to in house bespoke system SMART GARP, developed by European fund manager Philip Wolstencroft, to provide earnings momentum signposts with the Quest System providing stock data.
