Investment process

The fund invests primarily within large and medium sized UK companies emphasising long term winners. Pavilion have a five strong UK equity team including CIO and the fund manager.
Unusually for a team of this size little fundamental research is undertaken in house with the majority of research being provided by the large and well known brokerage houses, although the team are well aware of the pit falls of relying solely upon this.
Company meetings are limited to the smaller holdings within the portfolio as Pavilion feel little is gained from seeing the larger companies. Due to the approach undertaken the style has a bias to growth.
The Trust aims to achieve a balance between income and growth. It invests in a spread of industrial
and commercial enterprises, possibly including a proportion of overseas investments.

The value of your investments and the income from them can go down as well as up, and you can get back less than you originally invested. Past performance or any yields quoted should not be considered reliable indicators of future returns. Before investing in funds please check the specific risk factors on the key features document or refer to our risk warning notice as some funds can be high risk or complex; they may also have risks relating to the geographical area, industry sector and/or underlying assets in which they invest. Prevailing tax rates and relief are dependent on your individual circumstances and are subject to change.
