Investment process


The objective of the Portfolio is to achieve high returns by investing in convertible bonds. The F&C Global Convertible Bond will comprise convertible debt securities by private issuers located in Europe, the USA, Japan and Asia. The Portfolio will mainly consist of securities with “investment grade” rating, although a percentage could comprise securities
with ratings lower than BBB-/Baa3. The Portfolio is denominated in euros.
