The fund aims to provide long term capital growth from property and invests in global equity and Real Estate Investments Trusts (REITs). The funds covers a wide range of property sectors, which includes offices, retail outlets, hotels and residential property. The manager is backed up by a 6 strong REITs team plus 15 global and investment analysts, who are based in their global offices.
