The objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing primarily in Eq securities of small & mid-cap companies (excluding investment C.o) listed in the UK which the Investment Manager has identified as undervalued and the Fund will invest at least two-thirds of its assets in these securities. At least 90% of the Fund's assets will be invested in securities that are listed, traded or dealt in on a Regulated Market in the UK.
