Grow is Head of Money Markets, within the Credit team. He joined F&C in August 2007. Prior to this, Grow worked at HSBC Investments as a Fund Manager for sterling money markets and AAA rated liquidity funds. Prior to that, he worked for the Reserve Bank of Australia for 11 years, principally as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Grow holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University, Melbourne and has also obtained the IMC.
