Investment process


Established in 1971, the trusts one of the largest balanced UK property unit trusts. It provides UK pension funds and charities with access to a well diversified portfolio of UK property assets and targets +0.5% outperformance per annum above its benchmark over rolling three year periods.
The investment approach combines "top down" research, which aims to predict occupational demand for various sectors of the property market over the cycle with "bottom up" research at the individual property level. Specialist areas are outsourced via joint ventures and collective investments.
