Investment process


The objective of the fund is to provide income, with some capital appreciation over the longer term. To achieve this objectives it invests in a diversified portfolio of direct and indirect property assets.
The fund invests on an international basis but it always likely to have a UK bias.
Although the fund has a named fund manager who is ultimately responsible for the fund's performance, it also managed by dedicated team of property researchers. It also benefits from the resources of the property department, which has a team of 30 surveyors, and supervises all of the administrative matters associated with acquiring and maintaining a sizable property portfolio.
