Investment process

The fund aims to achieve a positive long-term capital return, regardless of market conditions, through investment in cash based fixed income securities and derivatives. On account of the investment objective of the fund a high proportion of the funds assets is maintained in money market or LIBOR-paying instruments. Other portfolio ideas are played principally through through the use of derivatives. On average the management team expect to use one third of the risk budget for rates strategies, one third for credit strategies and one third for currency strategies.
