Vanguard Group
The Group launched an initial line up of index funds in the UK June 2009 and have a range of other more diverse investment products. The UK team is comprised of 21 people, including Richard D. Carpenter (Chief Financial Officer), James M. Norris and Thomas M. Rampulla as Managing Directors and Jeffrey S. Molitor (Chief Investment Officer Europe). Some of the portfolio managers include: Michael H Buek, Didier Haenecour (Head of Europe Bond Index Group), Gerard C O’Reilly and Gregory Davis (Head of Bond Index Group).
