Investment process


This fund offers exposure to a diversified portfolio of commercial property assets. It seeks to achieve superior investment returns from the sector by placing particular emphasis on relatively high income returns, strong stock selection and active management of assets.
The strategy is guided by research at the macroeconomic level, which includes close contact with Threadneedle's bond and equity teams as well as making use of research from external surveyors. The fund targets properties in the lower lot size range (sub £10m) where institutional demand is generally weaker and will not invest in speculative developments.
