The Risks - Important Considerations

Like all investment funds, our ISA model portfolios are intended as medium-to-long term investments. They aim to give you good returns depending on the level of risk to your monies that you’re prepared to take. You can also select your own funds – there are 1350 to choose from, including our top rated funds and HOT prospects. Bestinvest provides four easy steps to buying your ISA.

These suggested portfolios are not personal recommendations – but are designed to provide good prospects of returns for investors looking to commit monies to medium-to-longer term investments. We do however highlight that the value of investments can go down as well as up.

Bestinvest recommend using a Fund Supermarket

Fund supermarkets provide a straightforward way of holding investment funds from a number of different providers under one administrative platform. Because supermarkets are simply administration platforms they do not affect the running of the underlying funds. Advantages include being able to mix and match funds from different providers within ISAs, straightforward cost effective switching and a potentially significant reduction in paperwork; you only receive paperwork from the supermarket, not the individual fund providers. Our recommended fund supermarkets include Cofunds and FundsNetwork.
