How do I link to another family member’s account?

When logged in to your account through the Online Investment Service you are able to link your account with those belonging to other clients, such as family members or a spouse. To do this you will need to click the ‘Link accounts’ tab on the left-hand side of the page when you log in.

From this screen you can enter the client number you wish to link with. This sends a request to the other client so they can accept or decline the link. If you are linking an account with, for example, your son or daughter, you will need to log in to the other account and accept the request in order to set up the link.

Please note that in order to trade or make changes to a portfolio in a linked account you will still need to log into that account separately.
