I have set up a monthly saving, why is it not collecting?

Monthly savings may not collect for a number of reasons. The Direct Debit mandate that we send to SEI (our custodians) to forward on to your bank may not have been set up correctly at your bank. The first step to take would be to contact your bank and ensure they have received this. Another possibility is that there may have been a processing issue with either Bestinvest or SEI. The second step you can take is to email or call us to check that your monthly savings have been set up correctly. We can then resend the mandate to your bank and ensure this is taken correctly going forward.
