I’ve forgotten my password or PIN number – what can I do?

There a two ways to request to retrieve your password or PIN number. The first is by clicking on the link labelled ‘Forgotten your login details?’ on the login page. You will then need to enter your email address and Client ID.

The second way to retrieve your password or PIN is to call our team. They will be able to send you a password reset email once you have correctly answered several security questions. From this email you will need to answer several security questions before restoring access to your account.
