What is my Client ID and where can I find it?

Your Client ID can be found once you have logged in to your Online Investment Service account. You have two unique numbers to identify your account. The first, which can be found on the top right hand side of the screen, is your client number. This is a reference to your account as a whole – you can use it when calling or emailing our investment professionals, making it easy to locate your account.

The second unique number is known as a BI-number. This is specific to the account in question and is directly related to each individual account you own, for example the BI-number for your ISA will be different to the BI-number for your SIPP.

Another way to find your account information is to call our team on 020 7189 9999. After answering some security questions you will be able to obtain the details over the phone.
