SCHRODER BSC SOCIAL IMPACT TRUST

The Company will invest in a diversified portfolio of private market Impact Funds and Co-Investments alongside such funds or other impact investors (including the Portfolio Manager), which in turn support charities and social enterprises, with a focus on the United Kingdom. The Company may also make Direct Investments. The Company will make Social Impact Investments that seek to deliver a positive social outcome together with a financial return, including but not limited to investments in High Impact Housing, Debt and Equity for Social Enterprises and Social Outcomes Contracts.
