Meet the podcast team

David A Smith

David is our host for the pension podcast, putting your questions to our experts and leading the conversation. He is a Financial Planning Director in Tilney’s Glasgow office and a technical wizard on all things pensions. David is a Chartered Financial Planner and Chartered Wealth Manager. His expertise is pensions with a focus on the health and university sectors.

Ann-Marie Atkins

Ann-Marie is our Managing Partner for financial planning in the North West. She is one of our most experienced financial planners, with more than 24 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She is Chartered, a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and Certified. Ann-Marie’s areas of expertise are tax planning, investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning and corporate financial planning.

David Smith

David heads up the North East Financial Planning team and has more than 28 years’ experience as a financial planner. He is a Chartered and Certified financial planner. David has appeared regularly in the national and trade press over the years and his main areas of expertise are personal and corporate financial planning, retirement planning and Inheritance Tax mitigation.
